This program allows Jayda’s Heart Foundation, Inc to create and deliver personalized arts & crafts kits to families of chronically ill or disabled children in local hospitals and outpatient specialty clinics.

During the months of November and December, Jayda's Heart Foundation gathers new, unwrapped toys, in-kind donations, and gift cards to bring joy and support to the families of chronically ill and disabled children. These items are distributed both directly to homes and at various children's hospitals, spreading warmth and comfort during the holiday season.
